NGSPL Platform Overview

NGSPL delivers connected software for business, industry, AI and cloud operations. Instead of separate tools that never talk to each other, your organisation works from one source of truth — the same customer, student, patient, item or employee record is shared across modules.

Entity records are stored once per instance. Roles control how much of that record a user can view or edit, and activity from any module feeds the same dashboards and reports.

• A customer record powers CRM, billing and support screens together.
• A stock item used in a sale automatically reduces available inventory.
• A tenant record (company, campus or hotel) keeps branches from seeing into each other.

Use the left navigation to switch modules, the top bar to search or open notifications, and the profile menu for account, roles and security settings.

1. Sign in with the email and password provided by your onboarding team.
2. Choose a module from the sidebar — Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounts or your industry module.
3. Use the global search in the top bar to jump to a customer, invoice, item or patient ID.

• Finish account setup and activation to complete your organisation profile.
• Review user roles and permissions so the right people see the right screens.
• Follow the first module setup guide before your go-live date.
