Connect your provider
- Obtain merchant credentials from your payment provider.
- Open Settings, Payments, and select the provider.
- Paste the credentials into Live Mode.
- Run a test transaction before going live.

Reconciliation
Gateway settlements sync into your accounts automatically when enabled. Use the reconciliation screen to match gateway and bank totals daily.
Refunds
Initiate refunds from the original bill or transaction — the note record is required for audit.
