Unit conversions
Express stock in more than one unit — cartons and pieces, crates and bottles.
| Base unit | Alternate | Factor | When used |
|---|---|---|---|
| Piece | Dozen | 12 | POS quantities |
| Kilogram | Gram | 1000 | Recipe scaling |
| Litres | Bottle | 1 bottle = 0.5 L | Bottle-size variants |
Reorder levels and alerts
A reorder point triggers a stock alert, and an order quantity suggests how much to request from suppliers. The dashboard card lets you act straight from the alert.
Note
Reorder reports roll up from every branch, so a pharmacy or kitchen never runs out if forecasts are respected.
