NGSPL applications run on secure cloud infrastructure with automated backups and monitoring. Your tenant is isolated with its own database and encryption keys.
Setting up a new environment
- Choose production or staging for the environment.
- Provide the domain name and SSL preferences.
- Select the region closest to your users.
- Complete the checkout — your stack is provisioned automatically.
- Verify login with a test account.
Upgrades and rollbacks
Releases are rolled out to staging first, then production, with a snapshot taken before each production deployment so rollback is instant if anything is off.

Feature requests and bugfixes ship on your mainten range cadence. You are notified before each maintenance window.
