Scheduled backups
Your tenant is backed up automatically and snapshots are retained on a schedule. Restores are available from any retained snapshot point.
Restoring a snapshot
- Open Settings, Backups.
- Pick a snapshot from the list.
- Choose a new environment for a preview restore.
- Validate the data, then promote it.
Warning
Restoring overwrites existing data in the target environment. Always preview first.
Exporting your data
Full exports in spreadsheet and PDF formats are available for customers who need an offline copy, audits or migrations.
